Cause most of the people playing this game are between Initiate and Alchemist/Arcanist. MOBA players stuck to League and Dota. FPS players are brown inbred gorillas. (my only source is that anecdotally I have never waited longer than 3-5 minutes for a game, even at 3 in the morning in burgerland). I'm locked in the Initiate bracket-- not due to retardation and brown skin-- but because I'm like 30 and can't fucking perfectly laser beam people or play like some kind of squirrel on crack.
