You are better of with the V1 missile. The V1 is drastically cheaper to produce (4% of the v2), shorter build time and have the same warhead. Also unlike the V2 the V1 eats up allied personnel and resources in the form of fighter pilots, AAA gunners and support staff using radar and trying to direct intercept of V1 missiles.
