Why not just not delete your mod list? If you don't want to spend hours redoing everything then just stop turning it into a Sisyphean ordeal for yourself. And if you don't like Skyrim's gameplay and just want to jack off then don't bother with gameplay overhaul mods and just use console commands and cheats to turn the game into your personal sex sandbox.
