it's an absolute failure of a design regardless of powerlevel. it could have been literally any other character with rulneye but they chose to dig up valnareik's corpse just so that they can say once and for all that vengeance, sanguine, or even wrath won't be in the game, just more storm like every other class gets. I fucking miss my class.
