i like it in principle. in a better version of reality this manga would've been an interesting story of a guy trying to never cross the gap and abuse his powers while stopping others from doing so, with every character having understandable and relatable motivations that made the argument that killing is always wrong viable.
what we got is a whiny bitch that does jack shit for the whole story until other better characters spur him into action. and even then he whines the whole way through
