The frequency response is kind of all over the place but THD is very low for such a "cheap" pair of closed back cans. Would probably sound pretty good after some EQ.

No. Noire X has a treble peak between 4 and 5k some people are bothered by, you can see that in some reviews. Drivers are basically the same since resonances are in the same spots on both. XO has the benefit of the frequency response being less variable and fit dependent due to its open nature. Unless you actually want headphones with more treble than Harman, in which case, yeah probably.

Qudelix 5K provided you use the balanced output. 240mW per channel should be more than enough to drive them at 94+ dB SPL. Comes with bluetooth also if you need that sort of thing. FiiO BTR7 is quite good as well.
