Yea and yet most people admit they don't skip the story, the only bad story the game ever had was the rushed 1.0 one. Meanwhile i played HSR for more than a year and all of it was such slop that it's the only of the 4 i quit, and trust me the story didn't help. The only part of your story i ever seen along the years that was good was pretty much the end of Belobog with the wildfire song, your whole game peaked at 1.0 bro. Sad.

And that's not even touching the presentation, even with the shitty new pre rendered talking cutscenes in Wuwa«s 2.7 it still mogs any hoyo game by such a wide margin that it's disrespectful to even compare the two. The only thing hoyoslop has for presentation are pre rendered cutscenes that occupy less than 3-5% of their stories.
