She does some fucked up shit but i can't say she's fully evil. She does everything she believes is for the greater good and stability of her rule, which includes really ruthless tactics.
I really like her for it, it's different but what they did to her kit is truly a shame and i shall throw her a couple of ten pulls but most went to E1 my DOTbrick fish.

It would have been better if it didn't feel so out of place with all characters being together at the same time, i know it's a story by Cyrene and all that but still feels odd.
