If you never take a stand against the dumbing down of the games that you like then it will inevitably be made worse in future iterations. That is why i must tell off everyone that enjoyed Blacklist that you're giving Ubisoft the wrong ideas about this franchise. And watering down the original gameplay ideas is something that must be called out for what it is. So i will even tell newcomers to avoid these games to give them the right impressions of Splinter Cell to shape their future expectations correctly so Ubisoft can be held accountable if they mess it up again.

I just want Splinter Cell to return to its roots. If Ubisoft are still going ahead with the remake they need to ditch all the other stuff that older fans never wanted. They kind of treat us like a spoiled child with this series too, that you must respect their deviation in gameplay direction because stealth doesn't sell.
