I would skip too, she is probably the only thing I'm interested on NotFinland so if they do that, I'll just save for the next region, I survived worse on this game before.

I tried for like 2 hours and kept falling short 5-10% hp from killing magma or tulpa on stage 6, I guess it's safe to assume that if you didn't vertically invested on atleast one of the latest dpses it's no dice. needless to say, the third one I cleread with many seconds to spare with skirk and her bis team.

Okina's biggest problem is same as Zanmu - everybody considers her hypercompetent and fearsome while not really displaying any of those skills for the player.
Not only that she essentially fulfills the same role of behind-the-scenes schemer as Yukari does, so she just feels redundant like a third wheel.
Also she jobbed to a Cirno el forma Nigero TWICE, like c'mon what are we even talking about here.
