Most people don't understand it. They really do think that Aldia is wrong, but he isn't. There's literally no path outside the fading light or the eternal dark. That's why there can never be a Dark Souls 4 even though there are people who are convinced there can be one. At best, a DS4 would just be DS3 but even more fucked.
