The last Shadow Crystal will be in Asgore directly. No "secret" about it.
The Shadow Mantle minigames were all spoilers for the weird route. It is the "original" version of the game, which removes all the fluff from the corrupted version you're playing currently. Just like it applied to the mini games in TV world, it applies to the game you're playing.
