I'm (briefly) awake after a horror movie marathon at a drive-in last night. Drive-ins are fun. All four movies were stinkers. Yet, somehow, I had a good time. That's the kind of spell that they cast.
It's a pity that drive-ins have fallen out of fashion.
They actually had a fifth movie -- a blaxploitation demon possession film -- but I didn't stick around to see it. I kinda wonder if that one was meant to chase the remaining audience away. But it's not like it was necessary. If you get four movies, you've gotten your money's worth no matter how bad they are.
