We already know DAOT completely surpassed the Eldar. DAOT ships could pull Eldar ships out of the Webway and snipe them while completely nullifying Eldar foresight. If it weren't for the Men of Iron then Humanity would have enslaved or eradicated the Eldar, who were too busy stabbing and fucking each other to be actually threatening.
