Usually only poor girls do expensive porn. It's a quick path to quite a lot of money if you're really attractive, and can handle it. It's quite a different skill set to a "real job", so some women are more suited to one than the other. While sucking dick can get you a long way in a Real Job, such a job also requires dedication and a certain stable lifestyle just to show up, which is more than many whores are willing to settle for.

A isn't even well-defined. If I gently push a cube through and it "plops" out, what is its PRECISE trajectory? There is no way to answer that question. It's nonsensical.

B isn't perfect either, although it could possibly be fixed by imparting some energy/momentum to the portal object to enforce conservation. Even then I'm not sure what happens with gravity. But at least it's clear what happens in B, physically speaking, even if it's "unphysical" because it doesn't conserve energy. Note that A doesn't conserve momentum either, since momentum is a vector and portals can change orientation.
