Ignoring the impossibility of unlimited resources on a physical level, there is no such thing as unlimited resources. You exist and you are a resource.
Even if there was infinite of you, the one you are is a resource that someone doesn't have and they want it.
And when we get to a more abstract concept like power, it really can't be unlimited, since power is always relative to one another.
