They can't make any more money off of her so characters like Kafka and Firefly get 0 content so players can move on and pull...Castorice or whatever. Character alts would solve this but mihoyo so far has been too stupid/busy releasing Shartji's epic new honkey expies instead of fully realizing this alternate money making path
