the iraquee army in 1991 had more troops and fielded more tanks than russia today. similar air power too. NATO destroyed the entire army in mere weeks. And since then nato countries have only modernized more while russia is STILL using the T-72s that Iraq used in 1991. besides that, russia has a terrible military history. definitely the worst in europe, possibly the worst in the world. russians simply are shit at warfare.
