The only re-runs I would consider must-haves are Miyabi and Astra, other's are just if you like the girls
Assuming you've already pulled Yuzuha, Alice would probably edge Yanagi. Newer agents will always be better for the current meta. But Yanagi is one of my personal favourites, so I would understand going for her.
