A bit of an embarrassing and long post but I need help, please.

I'm a 31 year old male who has been into red pill content for quite some time. It's pretty much all I watch and it's turned me into a bitter pushover with few friends. The only time I leave my house is to go to work or the gym. If I have a day off, I come home from work and don't see outside until I have to go back to work 2 days later. (And yes, I'm on medicine for depression.) But the medicine won't cure the need for human interaction and friendship. The only human interaction I have is with co-workers and talking to my friends on discord while we're playing video games. If you want to know what a lifelong video game addiction and red pill content consuming will do to someone. Here it is.

I have crippling social anxiety to the point where even small talk is a challenge for me and often times I will stutter and say some off-the-wall crap that no one understands. I hate this.

I use to not be like this. This all started about the same time I started seriously watching too much red pill content. I know correlation doesn't mean causation, but it's a pretty damning correlation. I use to be an extroverted introvert. I loved playing video games with my friends in high school and college, but I still got out and did things with them. Now I stay to myself. I don't interact with anyone.

I could be wrong but I believe the first step would be trying to unlearn these red pill beliefs, but I'm not sure if I can. It's said that once you take the red pill, you can't un-take it. I apologize for the rambling but I'm at my wits end and have no idea what to do.

This is obviously an early stage "fantasy" model at this point. I think planning on victory, and then celebrating it with public projects that will create job is a good thing.
