OP if you can't get a basic job in the midwest, there are plenty of 600-800 dollar apartments in OKC. Getting a 15-20hr job isn't uncommon if willing do work. Same with Wichita and other places in that area.
The people who can go from 'basically' nothing to a teacher in SEA often leave out a lot of privilege or skills they forget to mention. They also don't mention the large step down in quality of life.

Is there some legal paperwork I would need to do in order to get something like this, seeing all but internet included condos with no income requirements for 1650. That's about 400 more than I pay currently... Maybe a bit less if power is truly included on these listings. They even have my gym there.
Is it some stupid expensive price to furnish a place or something? Is the "EW WHITE MAN" stigma seriously that bad? I could give fuck all caring about that.

Sorry for asking to be spoonfed but I see conflicting things online, is there any paperwork I need to fill out before landing or any kind of e-form similar to japan/ph/etc or is it just show up show your passport and roll. I see shit online stating you just show up scan passport and roll but others saying there is a paper form still.
