He's boring as fuck but a necessary evil due to how fucking insanely overpowered Soldier is, especially after everyone other than him Demo, Medic, and Sniper got their side-grades nerfed into the ground. Course even just saying this will get me called a shitter for not just running straight into the Soldier's face as a Scout and totally meatshotting him as if he wouldn't just panic shoot the floor and win a fight he didn't even know he was in, but hey what can you do? This is why I don't play TF2 after all the fun weapons got nerfed into the ground so Soldiertards could have their comp hellscape.
