Wait, was totally wrong. Did some recalculating and compared him to other giant mechs. All the Giant did was stand up straight and extend his arm up for the sword to reach the moon. The sword is 30% of the Giant's height. The distance to the moon is 238,900 miles. So 70% of that is 167,230 miles. The Earth itself is about 24,901 miles tall.
And that's one of Yugi's weakest monsters.
