Disks arent spheres i can look thru binoculars or microscope and see ‘spheres’ that are actually just disks with shading from optics

I guess looking thru a microscope ‘proves’ the flat slide is actually a sphere who woulda thunk

Also anything taken with a fish eye lense is spherical I guess

Lenses distort reality

Also the firmament is a giant lens.
