Thoughts on the act of simply mimicking the lyrics of metal as a work out?
I've always thought of heavy metal as a high energy type of music, like it isn't really good unless you've got your veins bulging and it's playing loud and you're sweating as you're singing along.

For referrence, the type of metal screaming I'm talking about, when I sing along to the music in my car sometimes, it makes me sweat quite a bit, is this a viable workout?
