you will NOT be able to draw fast quickly. Speed is the determiner of how good you are at drawing so you will have to take your time. Michelangelo and a random person on the street are both capable of making the exact same painting. The only difference is that since the random person isn't as skilled it will take them like 200 years to finish the same painting.
