Guys, it's simple
Eggman attacked Soleanna in 06 with those robots, because those were the new ones back then, and he had already built them
So, even if the events didn't happen, the robots were already there, so he probably used them in some other adventure that happened offscreen
Remember, Elise was just ONE of the reasons he went to Soleanna, anyway
He also wanted to steal the light core, or whatever it was, from that one company
