When do you think the next time a "spend 200 wishes within this patch" event occurs, or something similar to it?

Im just beginning to all-star endgame soon, but no real 3rd team yet, it would just be random tribbie, RMC, etc. for now. So I'm wondering if I just want the very first endgame reward for 3 stars (the first of 3 self-modeling resin) do I need to have 3 teams? Or can my 2 teams carry (I have E2 Phainon). So Phainon earns 2 stars, Archer earns 1, and then my last team doesn't have to do anything or even win against the knight? Or is defeating all 3 knights within X cycles a pre-req for any rewards at all?
