Doesn't mean its broken just because it helps them recover in mid-late game after they've already stabilized
Unless you deal with the board the same turn you cast it, you just take even more damage the next turn.
Healing 4 and ignoring the board will NEVER EVER win them the game, if you knew what you were talking about you'd be questioning why they were even safe to use it instead.
