My only complaint is that the actual dispatch gameplay takes a back seat in how it affects the story. You can't always strategize for when certain characters decide to fuck off or disobey directions because they have a cutscene coming up, and whether you do really well or really poorly on the job it doesn't seem to be acknowledged. It'd be nice if there were special scenes built around acing a work shift, or high-fiving you're most used hero, or letting a character go on the specific job they requested.
Beyond that I genuinely enjoy the plot and character interactions so far.
