The game is smacking you over the head to pick Visi. BB is a side character that shows up a couple of times an episode, IG is practically the main character. The way the picking the date happened was so framed in IG's favour, she wasn't asking you to come but the game presents you with the choice anyway.

'Kay so here's the general rundown for the remaining episodes judging by the script. Be mindful that the only things that can be taken from the script are the spoken things. Hence why even though we had Episode 4 script we could not foresee that dream sex (we knew she had a dream cause she talks about it in the restroom later, but we didn't know it would be shown), as there are no dialogue there, apart from "Oh fuck". SPOILERS BEWARE:

Episode 5 - Another episode where nothing happens in terms of the main story, just more character building among the team. This is a BAR episode, you will go to the villain's bar with your team-members. The highlight of the episode is that there will obviously be a bar fight (with a villain Mr. Armstrong, who is a Shroud goon or at least joins him later on), and that means the return of QTEs, for the first time since Episode 1. The main choice of the episode will be whether to reveal to your team that you're Mechaman or not. If you do, Flambae tries to attack you but Golem saves you. If you don't, Flambae shakes your hand.

Episode 6 - This is where story starts to trickle in. In the beginning of the Episode you are testing out Royd's Mechaman suit again, this time with his new Proto Pulse that he built in place of the Astral Pulse. It goes wrong however, as Royd doesn't know (nor anyone for that matter, apart from Robert's dad) how to contain that much energy in such a little device, so it blows up, and injures Royd (hence why he is seen injured in a wemb where you dance with Invisigal or Blonde Blazer) and you. Robert wakes up 15 hours later, seeing that the city is being attacked by the Red Ring constantly (Shroud's gang), but he is put on sick leave because of his injuries. He goes home, and is invaded by Invisigal and Royd, who claim they invited everyone from the team for a house party at Robert's, and brought his office computer in the meantime, so that you could do some dispatching. 1/3

Episode 6 (cont.) - The party starts and you get to dance with either Invisigal or Blonde Blazer. Then Royd locates the real Astral Pulse - it fell out of Robert's suit after the bomb blew up and Robert couln't find it, assuming Shroud has it, but he doesn't. It's been trading hands for awhile, being sold from one buyer to another, and now it's located on a boat along with Red Ring goons. Invisigal says they need to go get it now, but Blond Blazer argues they need more time to prepare. No matter what you pick, Invisigal goes alone, after drunk Chase gives her shit and is an asshole about her being a villain (and she uppercuts him). You help Invisigal through hacking on the boat, evading and fighting goons. Eventually she gets the Astral Pulse out of a safe but is ambushed by Shroud. He almost kills her, but Chase uses his powers to save her, and is critically injured in the process.
Episode 7 - The whole team wants to cut Invisigal out after her actions, but Robert says he'll just suspend her. You meet her in the locker room (she'll be naked or at elast in her underwear) as she's about to leave, and she confesses to planting that bomb on your back. You can forgive her immediately, tell her it will take time, or just outright tell her to leave. If romanced she will kiss you, which will let you lean in or out of it. Robert goes to the villain's bar, where the bartender and a bearded client are giving you trouble. Here you can GLASS HIM the bartender. The bearded guy catches you and is revealed to be Shroud in disguise. He tortures you, along with either Sonar or Coupe, and demands to know where the Astral Pulse is, he needs it to be able to know everything and "bring order to the chaos" (he is cybernetically enhanced and can see probabilities of everything happening, with the Astral Pulse he'll just "know" everything) . You refuse, and Blonde Blazer saves you.

Episode 8 - The city is under attack by Shroud and his Red Ring goons. You deal with them through dispatching, then fight either Sonar or Coupe in your Mechaman suit through QTEs. Chase puts on Blonde Blazer's amulet and becomes Starblazer, being able to use his powers again. Meanwhile Shroud has captured your dog and demands you hand over the Astral Pulse or he'll kill the dog. You can give him the Astral Pulse, the Proto Pulse built by Royd (but he'll see through it), or give him both without knowing which one is which, in which case he has to guess which one is the one he needs, and he guesses wrong. He is defeated, thanks to Invisigal showing up (and taking a bullet for Robert, if they're on good terms). Then, Robert can decide his fate, killing him or sparing him (or, if Invisigal was not turned into a hero, she will kill Shroud herself). You then get to decide whether to forgive Sonar/Coupe and accept them back into the team or send them to jail, and have a last talk with your love interest. Mandy will remain Mandy and won't turn Blond again, as the amulet is now with Chase so that he won't die, so until they figure out how to fix him - she will be a normal human, she drinks beer with you and you kiss on a car. Invisigal is accepted into the team again and they kiss on a stretcher (she's the one on the stretcher, as se was shot saving you). There is an alternate outcome with Invisigal, if she's a villain, in which case she leaves, taking Shroud's mask with her and tossing you the Astral Pulse, implying she will become the next Shroud and expects you to come after her). That's all folks.

My only complaint is that the actual dispatch gameplay takes a back seat in how it affects the story. You can't always strategize for when certain characters decide to fuck off or disobey directions because they have a cutscene coming up, and whether you do really well or really poorly on the job it doesn't seem to be acknowledged. It'd be nice if there were special scenes built around acing a work shift, or high-fiving you're most used hero, or letting a character go on the specific job they requested.

Beyond that I genuinely enjoy the plot and character interactions so far.

They were but what really got their attention was the Phenomaman kissing scene. It was played for laughs which was one thing. And he’s not an actual romance option which brought greater frustration. With all of TWD's flaws in choices not mattering in the long run I think the first season still works well because the characters are well written and their relationships are still shaped by your choices even if the direction of the actual plot isn't.

Season two was all over the place because characters either drastically changed their personality and attitude towards you in-between episodes regardless of what you actually did, or they were characters you could save just to die in an even worse and more unceremonious way a little bit later.
