If we're talking a self-insert build, I think I'm most likely to end up feuding with Gabriela (daughter of Quetzalcoatl), Crow (child of the Morrigan), and Himiko-Oikami (daughter of Amaterasu).

*Gabriela strikes me as young, and I could see us feuding over politics . . . even though we might technically be on the same side. I would likely seem very, very jaded to her, and I could see us potentially coming to blows over what's possible in a situation (and each blaming the other when it all goes to hell).

So it wouldn't be so much a true enmity, but rather a persistent inability to come to an agreement, and a mutual desire to do things the "right" way . . .which (unfortunately) undermines how the other is trying to fix the same problem.

*Ironically, the roles would likely be reversed between Crow and me. He (?) would probably think I'm woefully naive and a poseur, while I would likely find him needlessly heartless in executing his orders. If we ended up going after the same goal, I could see it getting very ugly, particularly if mortal lives are involved.

(I'm not Goth nor Wiccan, but I am interested in some of the same topics. Plus, I'm one of those people who get really into Halloween).

*As for Himiko-Oikami, I can easily see a fight over resources and "meddling". I am interested in some of the Asian companions, and she strikes me as the sort who would expect all the Japanese ones to prioritize loyalty to their home country. And if I'm there for "renegades" to run to . . .yeah, I can see a feud escalating there.

So I guess Gabriela would be a conflict of styles, Crow a conflict of personalities, and Himiko one of worldviews.

As for the other three, I don't really easily see a way for Waya or Herleifr to come into contact with me. No Native American reservations around here, and I don't really have any connection to Africa. Something would have to force us to interact...which doesn't really feed well into a rivalry.

You've been reading about the Rosicrucians' "War of the Roses", haven't you? Where rival lodges competed to see who could release the most dramatic press release) about how they were cursing their rivals) to the media?
