Cool. As for your question, the most important thing when painting a female face is to keep everything smooth and avoid harsh lines and transitions. In this particular case I think the mouth is way too red compared to skin, which combined with that blue makeup and rouge on her cheeks makes her look a bit like a clown. There are a couple of decent tutorials for painting womens faces floating around /tg/, maybe someone could post one? I don't have them saved unfortunately.
