nta, but they still fall back on that silly idea. Which is factually wrong if you consider Bloodstalkers are one of the warbands that focus on ranged eliminations and they can go into melee combat. They could still use it as an excuse to have World Eaters and make them a mix of melee/ranged units.

NTA, but he's not wrong. Pic related is from 9th edition World Eaters Codex where it says Bloodstalkers do prefer long range executions as opposed to CQC. They even avoid scoring headshots so that they can later cut them off. So doing that without the use of long distance rifles? Highly doubtful.

Sure it's not outright spelled out they use sniper rifles, but it would take a lot of ill will to claim otherwise.

And it's not like Saber are strangers to throwing things like readability, lore accuracy and logic out of the window. Especially when it comes to cosmetics.

All in all, it's there, so they might as well give us CSM customization if that's the only thing keeping them from doing that.
