Over a thousand years later the Black Blood disease swept across the continent like an unrelenting tide. Mortals, infected by the deadly plague, turned into beasts, and civilizations crumbled as their people lost their humanity. Amid chaos, a boy named Noah as a heretic and sentenced to burn at the stake for his affliction.
