I figured out the exact ways to gain the most points.

>Race:
Demon/Demon Hybrid

>Fighting Style:
Black Mage/Gunner

>Perk:
Powerful/Popular

>Life Events:
Any 2 of Events 2-6 as long as 1 targets a Hero and creates a relationship that gives a point for betrayal

>Hero's Journey:
Any 1 Event to gain a relationship that gives a point for betrayal (have this Event happen after the first Hero dies), Local Festival, Unsavory Aid, Old Soldier's End (Hero), Unexpected Death (Hero)

To fulfil the betrayal requirement, you should be involved in the death of the first Hero.

I find no practical purpose in picking Arsenal. The regular classes cover enough roles/purposes/goals that I don't see how Arsenal, with its myriad variations but lacking advanced/master level in any area, is better in any role/purpose/goal.

Versatility: Evocation/Conjuration Mage, Druidism Warden.
Physical power, with as much or little gimmicks as desired: any variation of Barbarian and Mutant.
Firepower: Bladestorm Psion, Ballistics Engineer, Hellfire Occultist.
Support: Enchantment Mage, Alchemy Engineer, Cleric Paladin, Druidism Warden.
Group Mobility: Evocation/Enchantment Mage.
Personal Mobility: Dragon Fury Barbarian, Empowerment Psion.
Sit back and let others fight: Golemancy Engineer.

Conclusion: buff Arsenal.
