Verina (green) and Encore (pink) are standards, you can get them pretty fast because you get an event and you get a standard beginner banner that can roll on one (I think there is still that). They are also the only good standard characters. Youhu (blue) is 4*, she is useless but a kusogaki, you get her whenever she appears on random 5* banners easily. The blue and pink is a limited one who reran last patch, might take a while. No idea what's an alki girl.
