Exactly, if race was a scam then we wouldn't have pic related.
If race was a scam these racial categories would just be arbitrary legal fictions invented by colonial administrators instead of highly organized and delineated categories found through scientific endeavor.
If race wasn't biological, we would have multiple competing models of these race charts used by everyone who believes in race. When in reality we all know the Spanish model stands alone and we all use it to this day!
