I really want it to be something to do with aliens but in reality it's probably announcing military action against drug cartels in Venezuela/Colombia/Mexico or maybe more sanctions on Russia. I kinda feel like the latter wouldn't justify an Oval Office address though. These things are usually to announce something hugely important.
