I wouldn't call it top tier at all. TFD is basically photorealistic, and other games are being propped up big time by mods (like MH, FF14, Skyrim etc..). There's no modding scene for LA, which is a shame because it would have been nice to get some microbikinis or really depraved slutmogs.
