As someone who just got into the game recently, because of the boost event, the reactor change will do wonders while the amorphous change will only help a bit. The real problem I found was having to do normal content involving outposts but I heard that used to be much worse.
Also, they really need to promote the boost event the next time they have one. I had to find out from a content creator from another community, because apparently the TFD bubble is small.

The reactor stuff was largely fixed after they added reactor enhancement. You could run content for 2 minutes and get loads of reactors to fuse in for the weapon-class slot. When the game launched, it wasn't weapon-class specific, it was weapon-specific which was a horrible decision by the devs.
What were the changes to Outposts? I haven't run them since S1 when I was grinding weapons/descendants

Yeah it's easy to implant a weapon type but having the mats for it was harsh, at least when I first started. Getting rid of it altogether basically means it's down to players having their junk filter set correctly, which should get them going for endgame content much quicker.
Outposts take 30 seconds to respawn while I've read it used to be several minutes. I just wouldn't mind having an additional amorph drop from hard mode 250/400s while I grind for mats and reactors I actually need, keyword additional.

Serena takes a lot of resources, you might be better off investing in Ines first, then Nell. I use Nell for Axion over Serena and Ult Luna (but Serena is better for Wall Crasher, the Colossus for Axion).

Use this Crit Build for Nell and she rapes face in Axion, make sure to do the component enhancements, arche tuning, reactors, etc. I solo'd the Axion content with her while getting the bikes/Ult Luna. But you need to fully build her, they added a lot of shit in the last year, its not just about modules for you, your gun, a reactor and components. You won't need to do Void Erosion for a good Nell either, but you will for other Descendants

400% is the best to farm levels for your character and your guns, I think it take 5 runs to max the level without XP boost items. It also gives you modules to combine and then deconstructs (for more modules, then for kuiper). You should do all 4 infiltrations daily because each one gives 1.5 million gold (and money is what you will be starved for toward the end of the game as you slowly level everything up).
For Catalyst Blueprints, do all the Colossus you can get, public. Look at which ones you have amorphous materials for and run it until you're out of them, then move to the next one.

You're an idiot if you think the typical tank/dps/healer composed party groups would encourage teamwork in TFD. Look at Ajax for example. He's the tank but no one uses him because why bother with shields when everything dies in about five seconds? Same with Yujin. You don't need healing when you're already wiping out hundreds of mobs and one shooting champions. Luna CAN be used as a support but the few that do are vastly outnumbered by those using her as a pure DPS since she's so incredibly strong, especially now that she has her ultimate version. You'd need to completely rework the game from the ground up to do what you're suggesting.

yeah i dont think 4k is gonna be reasonable unless with a 5090, im locked at 60fps now with a lot of settings turned down. Bunny is only good at clearing trash. She sucks vs. Axion bosses and you're trolling if you fight Wally or Hanger with her. Gley is the underrated one because she's just as good as Serena in Axion. I actually think Valby is very strong after her changes, but even if the characters are ordered within the tiers, it still feels wrong to put her next to Luna, Ines and Nell. I would actually put Serena in that tier too and move Valby to top of B. Serena being this dominant S-tier character just isn't true in this current meta.
