There are character in the game with xbox hueg buttons that are fully cancellable (Ryu/Ken/Akuma/Sagat/JP and whatever others) and then other characters that specialise in very quick walk speed with great buttons and ways to change their movement (Cammy/Chun/Kim), isn't it fully in keeping with fighting game conventions that you shouldn't try to play neutral with these characters?
Why is there some sort of stigma about skipping neutral when going up against one of these characters is like bringing a knife to a gun fight?

Yeah this is definitely a pass. Tired of Nier at this point and future skins (lounge, cheerleader, succubus, etc.) are looking to be much hotter. The fact they aren't toggleable and instead the damaged version is a separate purchase is just further reason to not buy it.
