OP put the .exe inside c:/ instead of the win32 folder like everyone else, which necessitates modifying system variables, which is extra work.
Also I think it's fair to point out that a lot of this unpacking wouldn't be necessary if the ffmpeg just gave you the FUCKING .exe and everything else was an optional download.
