The Cops was supposed to air as one of TBS's planned animation block. But got cancelled weeks before it could even air following Louis CK (co-creator and star)'s sexual allegations. A clip of it was only shown during TBS's 2017 promotion, but its remaining completed episodes (including the pilot) still remain lost as of today
