It seems to be a variety of issues that are loosely correlated. The SSD issue seems to be from a new problem introduced by a recent Windows 11 update, but it might also be related to an interaction with HD2's anticheat.
Some people are showcasing that the game shuts their PC off when attempting to load the game while others are finding that its preventing their PC from going to POST entirely. Its likely that the crash on load is SSD related while the POST issues highlight potential damage to the RAM, CPU or motherboard.
There seems to be enough evidence to suggest that the load crashing is directly linked to the SSD damage caused by the Windows 11 update and the damage prevents loading large files properly which would explain why Helldivers 2 struggles here. I haven't seen enough reports of bricked PCs unable to POST though, so it could be related, but that might just be confirmation bias while Helldivers 2 is in a poorly optimized state at the moment. Just as well, kernel-level anticheat could also be fucking with hardware for all I know, so I wouldn't write off the possibility entirely.
