I try not to focus on maintaining my health. I just don't over eat and get some veggies and fruits. I did cut out candy and soda and all that stuff awhile ago, but other than that it's like, anyrhing else is fair game.
That's what the CDs are for. Haven't found anything that was impossible to find in physical media, so the rare stuff not online I have on CD or vinyl.
