Israel is unironically defending the west. Or at least defending western hegemony. Israel is like a tool used by western nations to keep the middle east relatively weak and divided. The west can indirectly destabilize Arab nations that go against the west, and Israel takes all the blame. They also give them weapons so they can test against Arab cannon fodder. It's a win-win situation for the elites who run the show.

This is a lose-lose situation for Israel. If they lose the war they are screwed, and even if they "win" they have been exposed as being a weak cowardly nation, who couldn't survive without the help of the USA. I used to think they were really more advanced and stronger then other Middle East countries, but this war has shown just how pathetic jews are. Their reputation is now in the gutter.
