I don't play primal ele anymore but I great use out of it was summoning as the gates opening and using it on a feral, rogue, or survival hunter to cuck their opener. otherwise just use it when you want to stun a nigga or set up a hex. stun a boomkin and hex someone else to cover the decurse, stun a priest so they can't fade or death the hex.
once I learned that having primal ele out cucks your 2set proc I stopped playing it tho
