China is a communist dystopia with falling buildings, bridges, 90% polluted ground water that dumps chemicals into the ocean but... uh... okay I can't think of any pros there.
Russia is a totalitarian shithole, but the food is good and you can go hide in the woods. Massive landmass. You can really do whatever you want in a sense, but there's also no safety net, so you can end up fighting a bear or the local gang. The local gang is often the local government.
UK is a dystopia with no free speech, but the landscape is nice and the culture is great.
Japan is heaven on earth, but the workoholic culture is terrible.

Everywhere has pros and cons, you know what I'm saying.
