E-tier bait, but I'll bite.
Hololive has managers who hopefully tardwrangles their talents enough so they both can earn a lot of money over a long time. The talent also get a lot of exposure due to concerts, collaborations and comercials/ads which will hopefully increase their viewership, superchat earnings and merchandise earnings. Brand-association is a very powerful thing, Anon & most ex-holos would probably not have enjoyed their current popularity if it wasn't for their time in the company.
While this applies to every vtuber agency, hololive does it best and has the least ammount of yabs. In an oversaturated market where their main product are women, this should say something.
